IS THIS THE HEALING DAY

 

Is this the healing day
When the sun shines down

and around where you lay on the grass
feeling the touch of mother Earth

 

Reach for a stone, something to hold but now to own.

As it is part of the Earth, just as you are 

feel your worth.

 

Strange this scene, grasses and plants above your head

A different image to the usual view;

Yet one where you are part of  the whole

offering strength to your soul.

 

At moments like these...
Synchronicity of Earth, Sun, flowers on the breeze,
The soft call of the distant bird

All soothing and acting as a balm

heralding harmony, Peace and healing Calm.
