Look into the water
The stillness and calm
Feel the touch on your skin
Comforting like balm.

A shimmering reflection
Settles to view
A perfect self image
Smiles back at you
Somehow you see
All that you are
The trials you have won
On the journey so far.
Just take a breathe
Feel the warmth of the day
Feel the sun all around you
Pulling troubles away

Acknowledge your image
Your gifts and your feelings
You are wondrous and loved
Love yourself and feel healing
