Healing is gentle and relaxing. You may lie on a therapy couch or sit in a chair.
None of our therapies are invasive.
You may require just one - four healing sessions or you may wish to come quite regularly
as you find a more positive attitude to life's difficulties developing.
EFT is a therapy especially to help with anxiety, stress , fear or phobias.
You will learn how to help yourself with this therapy

Counselling is for those who feel the need to talk with an objective and listening person who will not pass judgement. Sometimes the first step to self help is to get the problem out. all of out therapies are in the strictest confidence.
