Changes

So many thoughts, swirl around in my brain
Sometimes the same ones , again and again
As I try to make sense of each passing day
Before the moment is frittered away.

The sky has expanded, or that's how it seems
The clouds float much higher, close to sun beams
The grass is much greener, plants brighter hue,
The whole scene more glorious as I scan the view.

My senses awaken, incredible light
The birth of new wisdom, gaining insight
That I need to move on, to share all I see
The beauty, the wonder as I strive just to be.
